Moo Moo's Catering

Hi, unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with the catering yesterday. I’ve attached what I saw on your website which was exactly what we wanted and sounded fantastic. We thought all this would be great for almost £100. The other photo I’ve attached is what we actually had (we added the chocolates and the crisps) it was only 3 round plates of food? This is NOT what was stated on your website. I contacted her immediately and she told me that we had been mislead. We were DEFINITELY mislead as paying almost £100 for this was NOT acceptable. We were very disappointed showing the hen her buffet for the night.
We wouldn’t order from here again now as it was false advertising. I went into your website again to see what came up when I went to book and that exact menu came up again.
Is there anything you can do about this, please?

Great service, great product. Everything was so easy from start to finish and the food was good quality!

Communication, delivery and food was great. My parents really enjoyed the treat. The cakes were especially delicious, but they didn’t like some of the sandwiches (because of personal taste) Overall a very good experience!

My parents were absolutely loved their Afternoon Team hamper for two, for their Wedding Anniversary. It arrived perfectly before lunchtime, they said the packaging was lovely and the food was all delicious. A great hamper and highly recommended :)

Delivery a little early at 8.30am for afternoon tea but worth it.

I ordered the Afternoon Tea box for my partner and I.
I would say everything was delicious except the sandwiches. We received 3, 2 were one slice of water thin ham with pickle and one was one wafer thin slice of turkey with some sliced tomato. Strange combinations for sandwiches and unfortunately not nice. The rest a mini quiche, sausage roll, sausage kebab and 4 different cakes were wonderful and very tasty. Would have given 5 stars if the sandwiches had been better. Lovely lady delivered to my home with a face mask so delivered safely in Covid restrictions. A lovely treat in challenging times!

Wow! what a selection. I reckon there was enough for 4! I would have liked to have had cream as well as jam with the scones. Unfortunately I could not eat the cupcake as it was just too much. A little cream in place of the cupcake would have suited me personally.
