We have curated our recipes based off teachings from professional Spanish Paella chefs with our own family recipe twist. At Paella Garcia we prioritize flavour and authenticity, bring the taste of Spain to you. We specialize in Chicken Paella and Seafood Paella, however we cater for all and can do vegetarian/vegan Paellas by request. Our Paellas are Gluten free as well as dairy, egg, nut free and Halal (except seafood).
