He then worked his way up to work in a four rosette star restaurant in London. He has since worked in many prestigious venues within London and now is working as a hospitality head chef catering for high profile business clients.
Our chef Dardin was an absolute delight. His dishes were plated to perfection, a real wow factor. The flavours were just incredible and all courses were served on time. We had vegetarians, meat eaters and someone with a nut allergy and our chef catered to everyone, completely hassle free. Dardin introduced each course to the party which was a really lovely VIP factor to the meal. Thank you for making it so memorable, chef!
