Had a brilliant time on pink party bus. Great communication. Driver was great. Will recommend to anyone who wants a party bus for their event. It was the best part of my daughters hen party. 😊

This was such a great experience - many people said it was their favourite part of the whole weekend trip! We were able to connect our phone to the sound system so we could play all of our own songs which was great. The bus was decorated with balloons and banners and we had a message on the LED screen which added a great personal touch! Our driver was also so lovely (and patient!). Would 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Booked this for my best friends hen party. Everyone had a fab time and loved the bus! The driver was so lovely and the company did everything they could to make it special for the hen!

Really good service and very organised

Fantastic service from start to finish everyone enjoyed the drinks and music. Although the bus was dealing with maintenance issues steve kept in touch and provided the news he recieved as soon as possible through email or phone call.

Great bus everybody loved it! Music on remote and disco lights my grandchildren were so excited and it really made a great start to our wedding day. very helpful driver wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was for a prom - the kids absolutely loved it - lots of soft drinks provided, balloons, videos and music system they could sync their phones to. Had to make a late minute amendment to include an extra stop on the way and it was no trouble what so ever. Great value compared to other companies and it was the only PINK party bus on arrival. I will be back in touch same time next year as got to do prom all over again for her sister. Many thanks for making the occasion extra special.

These people can not do enough for u you. Absolutely spotless party limo, fab driver, the kids were all amazed an when they arrived at prom every one was jealous. If u want a good fun jaw stopping arrival this is the way forward will definitely use again thanks guys you made a special memorie for my son and his friends

Also I'm so sorry with the mess , I was in Bus myself with another Mum except for Party Poppers I was shocked at the mess when kids got out I did pick some bit up but no it was in a state hope you are ok with this if I owe any cleaning bill etc just let me know.

I just wanted to give you some feedback from our booking to Newcastle last week – the staff team had a really good time, and Paul, our driver was exceptional – unfailingly cheerful and accommodating. I left my phone charger in the hotel accidentally, and he walked back to pick it up after he had parked the minibus at St James’ Park – definitely above and beyond the call of duty!! So, many thanks, and we will certainly give you a call in the future, and recommend you to other colleagues."

We booked a hen party on the pink party bus in March. We were thrilled when it arrived and the driver was brilliant. We were driving from the Wirral to Liverpool and going the long way round so our hour on the bus was utilised. The bus arrived at 3pm and after photographs outside we began our journey, after 20 minutes all of the lights and music went off and the driver informed us that the temperature gage had lit up and the van had overheated, he called the manager and then he explained we would have to meet his boss at the yard to pick up another vehicle. We explained that we had other activities booked and this would then have a knock on effect on the rest of the day. It was then agreed we would meet the manager closer to us to help us not miss our activities. We met the manger at a petrol station in Stockton Heath and woman got on the bus and apologised to us and told us that we could have a bottle of Prosecco on them. I asked the woman to get off the bus so I could have a conversation without it seeming like we were being rude as it was a lot of girls against one and this would never be our intention. After conversations with her and the owner we were reluctantly given half the money back. Although we appreciate this token gesture I’m sure you can understand that this was not the day that we had planned for our bride to be’s one and only hen party and unfortunately she had to arrive at her hen venue in a clapped out mini bus. There wasn’t even a option to play our music so the radio had to do. Insult to injury we didn’t even get our Prosecco. We won’t be booking with you guys again like the Bride had planned depending on her experience. We are reasonable people and understand that these things sometimes happen however we feel that the experience we paid for was not fulfilled.

"Overall, the bus itself was great and we had a fab time, really impressed.
However, communication wise, I asked about music before the event, to be told there is a choice of music on the night, and then was asked on the night if I had a playlist? Which put me on the spot really. The attitude of the driver was tired and miserable and he asked for money as soon as we arrived, which wasn't a nice welcome at all. The driver was also 20 minutes early and rang me to hurry up numerous times, when we had to walk a good 15 mins to where he was parked.
We did enjoy it, but for the money it would have been nice for better communication about a playlist option, and for the driver to be more upbeat with the theme of the evening."
