Veronika supplied us with a delicious and excellent quality buffet for our anniversary party. We had some dietary needs but Veronika was more than happy to accommodate these for us. The amount of food provided was more than enough - we were extremely well fed! Highly recommended and would definitely book again. Thanks Veronika!

The event cost me an extra £100 I was unaware of.
Having complained about the pop top user friendliness and messaging errors I found myself spending £300 on a meal which I could have spent taking them all to a restaurant. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told that it was my fault for not reading a message I didn’t receive and never having had a problem before or a complaint to deal with it was obviously my fault.
Which I found disappointing.
Sadly the food was nice but not worth £300.
The local Thai restaurant would have done a buffet for £15 each. £150. Which is what I thought I was paying for Sundays event.

Dear Emma, thank you for your response. I am very disappointed about the comments. Emma booked catering for Sunday event only on Thursday night. I offered Emma to cancel and provide her with refund straight away on Friday early afternoon but it was refused. I offered to adjust the menu accordingly but it was also refused. I tried to call a few times. So I am not very sure how Emma tried to resolve the issue as all my offerings were rejected.
I wanted to note that I was paid £240, £24/pp which I do not feel is a lot for followings: canapés/starters, 2 mains, sandwiches, 3 salads and other sides, sweet, fruit and cheese board. I hope you will plan your next event in advance and use the local take-away instead of quality caterers.

What can I say thank you so much Veronica ( saddlers bar) what a lovely lady, it was an absolute pleasure having you cater for our party. Brunch was fantastic (much needed) thank you for waiting around all day to cater for our evening, food was outstanding and a massive variety, all of my guests were absolutely blown away by it.
