Shepherd Photography has a distinct, laid back and relaxed style of reportage photography that captures the key moments without ruining them. Coming from the idea that the best photos are taken when unaware, our key is to be as unobtrusive as possible while taking the best photos possible.
It's our goal to capture our client's day as it happens, which means that you'll spend less time posing and more time enjoying yourself!
Nathan was incredible, the communication from the outset was amazing, he totally understood our requests and was almost invisible during the day! The photos he captured were wonderful, I had no idea how he managed to get so many! The standard of service we received for the price we paid was just also incredible. I honestly can’t recommend him enough!

Shepherd Photography we’re fantastic on our big day. We had two photographers who captured our day beautifully. Most of the time you forgot they were there! Which provided some of the best shots. Our photographs were delivered super fast with a sneak peak days after the event. The photos are all on an online portal, and you get a usb, which comes engraved with your name in a beautiful wooden box. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Shepherd photography again for other big life events, because I trust they’ll capture everything just perfect.
"Wow what can I say, such lovely, warm, talented people. They photographed our wedding at the end of September and even though we had not met them before the day, they took fantastic images really capturing the feeling of the day. I know there has been bad press about 'reportage' style photographers using it as an excuse for poor photos. I can assure you with this pair, this is not the case at all. They truely captured high quality images, that we didn't know were being taken and friends and family have been blown away/ reduced to tears by the images. They were very easy to communicate with throughout and in our opinion very reasonably priced. We could not have been happier with our choice of photographers.

Wow!!! Nathan and Natasa have something i can't explain! capturing the moment wow! We just sat through our pictures still feeling down that it was over and it felt like we had watched a film of our day! Couples shoot/ Engagement shoot
This is a location shoot tailored to you and your fiancée. We will typically meet at an agreed shooting location and do the engagement shoot for up to 2 hours. All details and finer points can be discussed and agreed upon during our consultation. You will receive your photos via an online gallery in High Res as well as optimised for social media sharing.

Drone Photography
We're able to capture stunning imagery during your big day. Aerial photography allows us to get the sort of angles and perspectives that photographers could only dream of just a few years ago. Be it hovering over a lake or 100 meters above ground level, there's almost no limitations to what's possible.
Second Photographer
Add a second photographer to your package to capture your day from every possible angle and make certain that no precious moment is missed.
Extra USB Sticks
These beautiful personalized USB sticks come in a wooden presentation box and make perfect keepsakes for your parents, in-laws, best man, maid of honour, etc.
Last Minute Extra Coverage: Per hour
Stuff happens, and things don’t always go according to plan. In case that your wedding runs off course time-wise and you want us to stay on for an additional length of time you can purchase extra coverage last minute.
