Amazing from start to finish. The children felt a million dollars in the limo and we were provided with a bottle of lemonade for them all to have a celebratory drink! Clifton (the driver) was so friendly and professional and Jason kept in constant contact with me and got back to me promptly with any questions I had. Highly recommend 🎉

The best night ever. Cliff was an amazing host and Jason made sure everything ran perfectly smoothly from beginning to end. I just found them on the internet but would recommend them to anyone 100 per cent and would definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience dealing with Jason from stag factory . I booked a limo with 2 dancers for my brothers stag do in Newcastle. Jason was communicative and helpful from the beginning to end. Driver, girls and vehicle on the day were top drawer. Would definitely use again! Thanks again mate!

Apart from messages there was no contact made until 6.30pm day before after full payment had been made. To be told the Audi wasn't available and another car would be sent. The car that turned up was late by 15mins, full of rubbish and smelled. The driver then took the girls in completley the wrong direction making them late for their prom and causing them to.miss the chance of a group photo outside the venue. Overall bad experience will not be using them again

It does help if you give the correct directions to the driver, and also the girls did bring a takeaway with them and stick the empty food down the seats of the limo, not the best clients at all, and one of the girls also was sick.
