The three gentlemen who delivered and erected our pogoda were first class. They explained what they would be doing and kept me up to date with progress.

All three were very polite and never stopped working until the job was completed

Everyone loved the food! Arrived nice and early to set up. The whole night was a success! Will book again for next event and 100% will recommend to anyone looking for a fish & chips truck :)

We had lots of really positive comments about the food and how good it was, and despite the ridiculous heat the 2 guys working behind the counter just kept going until all our guests had been fed. A real pleasure. Thank you.

They were brilliant and the staff supplied were really helpful and engaging. The children absolutely loved it and it’s worth booking.

We had ordered a Hog Roast for 50 friends and family for our 40th wedding anniversary and the quality of the meat was superb, service exceptional, I can highly recommend them. The 2 ladies were professional and couldn’t do enough to make it a happy occasion for us. Massive thank you.
We had also ordered 5 vegetarian burgers but the people that they were for couldn’t come they were also much enjoyed by the partygoers.

Accuracy is only 1 star because they emailed me, 2 days before the event, to say they would only be there for 2 hours which was apparently their standard. There was no mention of this anywhere on either poptop or the supplier's own website. There is no chance I would have booked a candy cart for just 2 hours at a wedding - what would have been the point in that? Luckily they agreed to stay a more reasonable 6 hours, but this attempt at a short notice switch left a bad impression, especially with what was already a pretty expensive product.

Pop up Arabian tent was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone. However the shisha’s were a total waste of money. Very cheap shisha’s. No ice used just water from outside tap! Worse still we’re not informed that only vape was used in shisha’s and we were not allowed tobacco flavours! What is that about. We are all over 30 years old ? The coals burnt for 10 minutes at the most and the guys doing it were inexperienced (they said that) for the money we paid it was a great disappointment, company should tell us prior to booking that we are not allowed to have shisha tobacco (very odd)

The food was tasty and the portion sizes were plentiful. However, this is the extent of my positive feedback. When the team first arrived to our venue with the trailer, they sat in the car staring at myself (bride) and my guests for 5-10 minutes seemingly waiting for someone to approach them; I would have expected that the team-leader would have found our wedding coordinator asap. Next, the team had forgotten the keys to the trailer and spent half an hour very loudly breaking open the padlock with a hammer causing lots of disruption. When food was finally served, there was no salt or vinegar available! Outrageous for a fish and chip service.
We paid almost £30/head and did not receive a service that matched this cost. The trailer pictured was also not the one that was used, instead an ugly old blue one.
Prior to the wedding, getting in touch via phone was impossible; however, I did receive email responses.
I did email afterward to share my concerns but got no reply.
Overall, a disorganised and disappointing service. Would not go with ALS again.

We paid for chairs and tables to be delivered with the marquee we hired and when the staff were asked about this they responded with "no bodys told us to bring them and you won't be getting them now". When trying to contact the office they refused to answer phone calls but would reply via text. They promised us that they would refund the money and also cover the cost of the emergency tables and chairs we had to souce ourselves, weeks later the company is ignoring us and still haven't sent the money.

The staff use inappropriate language and also don't wear any PPE.

We also requested lighting to be added to our marquee which cost an additional £540 but the staff arrived with two boxes of fairy lights from Home Bargains.

After booking this and that been a absalout farce the pizza man turned up nearly 1and a half 2 hours late due to supposed car issues etc I don’t understand why you would leave it so close to the Time to travel to the venu anyway arrived the first 10/15 pizza were not cooked raw dough in the middle when sent back met with excuses ti then be sent out burnt pizzas witch then there was another excuse I am a chef my self so the excuses they were giving were not except-able seem very inexperienced we finally got some half edible pizzas after about a hour but pretty much ruined what we had planned. And the quality wasn’t great the als group mothered me upintill the event about payment but after I sent a complaint email and called on Saturday have not responded to me at all now witch seem to speak volumes I payed nearly £1000 for this service and it was shocking to say the least

I am hoping for a refund has he turned up an hour later than requested & then couldn’t get the machine to take a photo properly so after trying for another hour decided to give up so I got no photos at all
