This was an excellent experience for me to enable me to send a lovely afternoon tea to my sister in Wales to celebrate a special anniversary. The customer service was very friendly and professional. The only drawback for me was the price, which being on a very limited budget, we did find a bit steep. But to be fair when we looked up other companies delivering postal afternoon teas in Wales, the price did compare favourably. So overall an excellent experience.

It all went wrong as the afternoon tea arrived at my home in Somerset today and not Stowmarket which I had requested when first did the booking with your website. All involved now are very let down and I am very angry and will review as such Julia O’Callaghan
