We wanted to Name the food side of our business with how we love to eat
And that’s sharing plates of food together.
The name Garnish is an anagram of sharing which worked perfectly as we like rustic food but garnished beautifully.
When we all celebrate, the most memorable times are around the table with food and it always involves sharing.
Because we are Garnish@ Thirstchoice we wanted something fun that puts a smile on your face.
We feel there’s nothing more fun than sharing times together with smiles, happy laughter whilst eating and creating memories.

Through Poptop we found the amazing Sally & Dave at Thirstchoice who catered for my husband's 50th party. Despite the absolutely atrocious Cornwall weather, they cooked up a storm with delicious & plentiful bbq platters for our guests. Sally was so helpful throughout the booking process, arranging a menu to suit our taste & budget. She liaised with the hotel venue, who were absolutely delighted with the pristine condition they left the kitchen, ready for morning breakfast service. Highly recommend!

Sally and Dave from Thirstchoice were absolutely brilliant. They produced a wonderful meal for us and it didn't matter to them that the babies took time to settle and our time put slightly later than specified, they just fitted in beautifully. They cleared everything away afterwards and we could not have wished for a happier evening. they were both a pleasure to have around and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We hired thirst choice to cater for an 8 person dinner party for my mum’s 60th while we were on holiday in Devon and I couldn’t have asked for a better meal, everything tasted great and there were empty plates after every course! I would highly recommend.

Thirst Choice did an amazing job for my Dad's 70th birthday. We were staying in a holiday apartment in Salcombe overlooking the Estury and getting a personal chef in seemed like a special way to celebrate. Sally and Dave exceeded expectations by a mile. The food was delicious, but what really made the evening was their friendly yet professional approach as well as the knowledge and commentary they provided around the food throughout the evening. They left the place spotless too! We can't recommend them enough.
The team at First Choice were great - the food was beautifully presented and tasted good (the desserts in particular were delicious!), and the chef was really friendly and a good laugh. Would definitely recommend!
