A Baja Californian-inspired Mexican food pop-up in a food trailer recently designed by a local artist. It’s an eye catching vehicle that creates conversations. Our popular dishes include, citrus pulled pork tacos with a crackling crumb and homemade re-fried bean burritos. Most items are gluten free and we can easily adjust our menu to cater for vegetarians or vegans. We can also offer Mexican alcoholic beverages, such as a spicy Mezcal margarita or Mexico’s Bloody Mary, a Michelada. We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating, so any ideas a customer has, we work together to bring these to life.

I hired these guys for my partners 30th as we are regulars for their amazing tacos! Well organised, amazing food and did a spin on their tacos especially for his birthday! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys
Finally got round to getting my hands on some tacos and they did not dissapoint! Got the jackfruit which I'm not usually a fan of, but these were delicious and full of flavour! Just gutted I didn't get more😂
So I literally picked our tacos up about 25 minutes ago and we literally inhaled them!
So so good!! Definitely will be a regular thing.
And those blue tacos are great, taste like they came straight from Mexico it’s self.
Can’t wait to order more, might have to order 20 tacos next time 😂
