#VinesPizzaShack is Vines very own converted double-decker mobile bar and pizza restaurant. We make freshly made stone baked pizzas using our families favorite pizza recipes for your corporate and private events across the U.K.
FAQ's
How long does it take each pizza to cook? We average a pizza per minute.
How much is your deposit? To secure your booking date requires a 50% deposit upfront.
How long does it take you to set up? We like to arrive 1 hour prior to the event time.
How big are your pizzas? Our Neapolitan pizzas are 10" which is always what we base our original quotation on.
Are there any additional costs? No. We factor fuel, etc into the price per head, so that is all you pay!
Can you cater for all dietary requirements? Yes. Our gluten-free doughs are made, prepped and cooked on a separate pizza stone, there is however flour in the air due to us making the pizzas fresh onboard which we can not eliminate. We do a lovely vegan cheese and lots of vegetarian options. We can also source certified halal chicken.
What do you serve your pizzas in? Depending on your menu choice, either recycled kraft pizza boxes or paper plates.
What is your cancellation policy? Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 18 months or more prior to your event date. We understand that things happen which are sometimes out of our control, therefore, If you do have to cancel within 18 months or less of your event date we will allow you to change the date for another date of your choosing within 18 months of your cancellation.

Vines pizzas tasted great and were cooked to perfection. They catered for our party of 170 people and everyone had received their pizza within 2 hours which was what we asked for. Very pleasant gentleman serving and very quick, polite and focused on what he was doing. Whenever I emailed beforehand with questions I got a prompt and thorough response! Excellent value for money! We would use Vines again!

The horsebox turned up promptly, and was dropped off by the driver, who had to get to about seven more events that evening. The occasion was my 60th, and the weather was terrible for a July evening. But the girl, who was only 20, was brilliant and kept the pizzas coming all evening. The guests loved the pizzas, and commented on how thin they were and how tasty they were. Most of the guests had seconds, and they didn't run out. The driver didn't come back and pick her up for hours, but she didn't want any refreshments, and was charming and friendly all evening. I would definitely choose them again.
The team were extremely efficient and required minimal assistance and planning.

Delicious pizza, really friendly, super-chilled staff. The pizza went down a treat at our wedding evening reception. We mistakenly over-ordered, but they just boxed up all the leftover pizza so loads of people got to take some home which was lovely. Really responsive via email and PopTop too.
Would have preferred maybe a few more topping choices, but overall that's pretty minor, all the pizza was delicious.
We hired Vines Pizza Shack through Poptop to supply pizzas as our evening food at our wedding.
The service was really good - communicating with Vines via email was really easy and effortless, their customer service was good and they were very responsive!
On the day, they arrived promptly and all of our guests loved the pizza! Vines are able to offer gluten free pizza base as well as vegan cheese so this meant all of our guests were taken care of!
Any leftovers were boxed up for guests to take home.

An amazing addition to our new office launch :) arrived promptly and early for set up, and accommodated us when we requested to start 30 minutes earlier than initially thought. Next to no wait time for pizzas and we had nearly 200 staff to cater for! delicious pizza and has left me craving it now every time im hungry. thank you sooo much for making our event one to remember!

We hired Vines pizza horse box for late-night food for our wedding. The pizza was delicious! It was very popular with the guests and gave everyone a bit more energy as it got later. We asked them to bring some pizza boxes for left-overs - which was great as the pizza tasted delicious the next day! Thanks Vines, we would definitely recommend you to anyone!

The event was brilliant they arrived early and continued to set-up and were very low maintenance they did not need my help at all. Fantastic pizzas, superb set up. The only problem was, I should have ordered more pizzas as guests were going back for more and we ran out of bases earlier than planned.
Feedback from our guests was excellent , praising the standard of food and the well mannered chef. The horsebox certainly contributed to a brilliant day. The garden was left spotless and the horsebox departed discreetly. I would thoroughly recommend Vines’ Pizzas for any outdoor party. Wishing the business well for the future.

We hired Vines Pizza Shack to serve lunch to our wedding guests at our croft in the Highlands of Scotland.
Really impressed with the Pizza's, lots of comments from wedding guests about how delicious they were. The vegan ones were also delicious.
We had a little complication with admin, which was quickly resolved with help from Poptop.
The horse box wasn't in the best condition and we had to help tow it onto the road.
But great staff and so glad they could make it to our remote location in the Highlands. Overall a great experience.

They were late getting started, and we paid for 69 guests worth of pizza and didn’t get that at all. Service was very slow too despite being told it’d be fairly fast. The pizza did taste very good though. Probably wouldn’t book them again though.
Communication with the company prior to the event could have been better, however the staff working the event were great, arrived nice and early giving plenty of time to set up, they were friendly and professional, the pizzas were lovely and went down well with our guests

We had a lot of difficulty corresponding with Vines, and had to chase them several times even to make payment. There isn’t a phone number you can speak to someone on, which can be frustrating when you aren’t receiving responses to emails. They were booked to serve individual pizzas however served slices which was a little frustrating. The pizza itself was ok. Overall not the best experience and I probably wouldn’t book them as my main wedding catering option.
I had a disappointing experience with this company however I am satisfied following our correspondence. We had various issues which were a result of a previous accident the van had been in. We can appreciate this isn't in anyone's control however we weren't told and were therefore not pre-warned of any issues that may arise or given the choice to find alternatives. Further issues arose in relation to portion size and having someone else's name on the van which is obviously painful at your wedding, however they have since recognised this issue and given a sincere apology and a partial refund for all the issues we have. I'd like to give benefit of the doubt that service is usually of 5 stars however unfortunately I didn't experience this on my wedding day, although the pizza was delicious and since they have endeavoured to come to a suitable conclusion for both myself and the company.
On midnight before our wedding we were contacted demanding more money.
On the morning of the wedding we were contacted demanding even more money.
My husband was trying to resolve this on the way to the church, to marry me.
We’d initially explained that we needed 80 pizzas to be served by the slice to 100 people- this has been O.K by the person at vines who we communicated with via pop top. Then the technique they use is to demand extra money later- the equivalent of one whole pizza per person.

We booked Vines months in advanced of our event, when it came round to finalizing menu choices a few weeks before they had unfortunately changed from the original. We still picked four toppings and were happy enough. We had originally put 150 people for the event and didn’t end up with that amount and as stated on their booking you can’t lower the amount so this was our problem. They did however agree that they would cook all and box them for us.
Upon arrival they set up no problem and were ready for the start time of 7pm. The queue quickly grew and seemed to be taking a while for them to process orders. When people did get their pizzas they all thoroughly enjoyed them.
There was a slight hiccup on the amount of hours we’d booked as we paid for an extra hour and they thought it was two so started packing up at 9pm an oversight on their side. They did offer to set up and carry on but by this point everyone had been told they were done. I do not believe they cooked all 150 pizzas as we were told they would. A nice company and great pizzas but better communication is needed.
