Xcaliber did an amazing job at the after party of our internal Colleague Awards. The band were great performers, hitting a range of genres and delivering something for everyone in the room. They worked with the energy of the crowd and everyone had a great time. Our interactions with them before the event were always pleasant - they remained professional at all times, liaised with the venue prior to arrival to ensure things ran smoothly, and were very flexible with timings, working to our schedule.

Amazing Band! We booked Xcalibur for our wedding in September this year. Joe was great in providing a PA system for the wedding ceremony and speeches, and having background music on in the day. The band were awesome and learnt our first dance song for us (which was great), and then played a great mix of music which kept the dancefloor full all night. Would highly recommend!!!

We had Xcaliber at our wedding, when trying to book a band it was hard as there is so many out there, We are so glad we choose Xcaliber they looked very good in all there videos on YouTube but that is nothing to what they’re actually like in person!! xcaliber played at our wedding and they were INCREDIBLE! Every song was a hit, guests even asked if we had given them a playlist because the set list was so good. They kept everyone up on their feet the entire time, and the way they ended the night with the last dance was truly better than anything we could have ever imagined. We hired Xcaliber for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park and found them to be a really impressive group. They were super professional both in the run-up and on the day. They managed their own set up without needing any hand-holding and were sensitive to the requirements of the wedding party.
As for the music itself, the band are really excellent and many people commented afterwards how talented the singer was in particular. They have a really diverse repertoire but allow you to tailor it with some of your own choices/vetos which was ideal for us. We really could not fault them for anything and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

All contact with the band before the event was professional and efficient and we loved the fact we could personalise our song choices from a massive setlist. Xcaliber played at the Sussex Law Society Ball on 16th June at the Grand Hotel in Brighton. They were incredible and the dance floor was packed all night. Joe was extremely professional in the lead up to the event, which instills confidence, and they judged the audience just right with the set list. They certainly made a good night a great one!
