The fillings are all based on classic style fillings, with some tweaking touches and using as many local ingredients and suppliers as possible. All of this combined brings you delicious, indulgent and nostalgic tastes through our filled bagels from our street food gazebo stall!

The food was amazing and very well presented. I think it was so good that we actually ran out of food and in hindsight I would have ordered more food. The portion sizes are just about enough per person. We had a lot more people attend so should have ordered more food. I myself had a few of the canapés and thought they were so tasty. Delicious food and loads of it for the money paid. Simon was very amenable and worked with me on various tweaks to the standard dishes being offered. The only minor complaint I have is trying to get hold of Simon sometimes proved difficult.
