How much food will each of my guests get?

The foods each guest will receive for the base price are the meat and side dishes. You can always compare our suppliers' packages after filling in the information about your event. BBQ catering menus included for the base price are Butchers chose pork sausage, Marinated pepper & chicken skewers, Butcher 6oz beef burger, Freshly baked rolls, Potato salad with Chive & Red onion, Vegetarian pasta salad - Pesto, Mozzarella, basil, and tomato salad.

Will a BBQ caterer bring all the necessary equipment including crockery and cutlery?

Yes, a BBQ caterer will provide all necessary equipment, including crockery and cutlery. Grills, processors, meat carvers, spoons, tongs, and stainless steel trays will be provided by the supplier. The caterer will also provide all of the cooking ingredients, such as salt, celery leaves and sauce, garlic, honey, and so on. Before leaving the event, the caterer will clean the area. You do not need to worry about providing any equipment for your event.

Pat did a great job in providing BBQ service for our wedding. The food was delicious, Pat arrived on time and had the food all ready to go as planned. Pat was great to deal with and I would recommend. Only thing I was disappointed with was that I had taken from the description in the advert and booking confirmation that crockery was included, this turned out to be paper plates, not crockery so we had to arrange an alternative…
