Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault Steve from Staffordshire Hog Roast in any way... he turned up on time and was very flexible with timings ensuring that we were totally happy. Candy Floss Crazy attended my 50th "festival" themed party and were absolutely excellent. Everyone remarked how amazing the food was and it was all done with a smile and good humour.
