Fantastic experience! I was arranging a birthday surprise from Australia and cannot rate these guys highly enough! Communication was prompt and friendly. I asked for a 11am delivery and was told the day of delivery that arrival was expected between 10.30 and 11am... was calling to wish my sister happy birthday at 11 and the afternoon tea was delivered whilst I was on the phone... I received photos of the food before delivery …

We had the afternoon tea - the sandwiches and scones/cakes were lovely. They even went out of their way to provide an some extra treats as an apology for sending 2 clotted creams instead of 4 (which they pointed out themselves, I don't think I would've noticed in all honesty!). Great food and great customer service, well worth the money. Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea!
