Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

I was so pleased I used E8 Fish to cater for my Wife’s 50th Birthday, they were great from start to finish, very responsive and accommodating to sort out the menu to cater for all of my guests. Fergus Gray were brilliant. Great, tasty food, that is flexible for all allergy and vegetarian options as well. Our business park corporate event was very popular and they handled the rush extremely well. Very professional and would highly recommend.

The food was delicious! All our guests told us how nice the food was and that they really enjoyed it. Everyone was full up and ready to pop afterwards! The gentleman serving our food were very polite and kind. They were both so lovely. Any future events needing food, we will definitely be using and recommending.
