Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. Hired the bell tent & hot tub for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Fabulous !!! All her friends loved it slept in the tent for 3 nights. And had a great time. And loved the hot tub. I needed advice about the hot tub and was sorted straight away. All in all the birthday party was a great success. Highly recommend for any kind of party !!! And also the price was great. Looked elsewhere and was double the price.

Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will o…
