Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream. Our decision to chose Richie to cater my 50th birthday party was the best decision we made! He was super helpful, organised, flexible and calm despite the appalling weather forecast. The paella was absolutely perfect and catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests commented on the quality of the food and the generous portions and also what a nice guy Richie was! The Land Doughver catered for my 70s themed 21st birthday party. Not only were the pizzas absolutely delicious but James and the team were all lovely and easy going, a real help to reduce the stress of organising a big event.
