About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

So so happy! I had the best 30th and chef Lopez completed my event perfectly! The food was amazing, super professional and they fit in perfectly around a party of 30 people. Very good with communicating and as my first time of using a private chef I had a lot of questions and they were brilliant at getting back to me. Everyone loved it! I would highly recommend Richie’s paella. He was extremely helpful throughout the process (including letting me know I’d over paid him & refunding me immediately!) He did a party for 55 people & we had so many comments from guests about how good the food was. He plated up the leftovers so that nothing went to waste. Would definitely use him again

The Land Doughver catered for my 70s themed 21st birthday party. Not only were the pizzas absolutely delicious but James and the team were all lovely and easy going, a real help to reduce the stress of organising a big event. Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream. Would 100% recommend! We had a hen party of 14 people, everyone absolutely loved it! The starter of tapas went down as a hit! Everyone tucked in before we could even get all the pictures and the paella was stunning! We then had the most delicious brownies for dessert. Brilliant value for money and would definitely recommend.
