Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream. Brilliant, would definitely recommend! Beautiful paella and lots of side dishes. All served to us and presented nicely. Then Liam cleared away everything at the end of the meal. He even poured our prosecco for us too :) Everyone loved it and thought it was a great idea!
